Shipping Policy:

• RatnaGhar offers a COD option on order value above INR 5,000 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India ONLY. For all Other Cities and states except Varanasi COD Option is not available.
• For orders below INR 5,000, shipment of INR 100 will be charged for all cities in India.
• Free Shipping is available on all orders above INR 5,000.

All Express shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, UPS, Sequel, etc. (mostly trackable).

Delivery Timing for customers is within 4-5 Working Days depending on the area to be delivered, all the orders across india will be delivered in Maximum limit of 10 Working Days.
